‘Code of Remorse’ and 'Nova Air' are audiovisual compositions created by NomIg. and the Recorded Skies group out of Toronto. The music was performed on violin, trumpet, cello and percussion by the members of Recorded Skies and was then treated and sequenced digitally in conjunction with the video. The video tracks are a combination of material shot on miniDV and digital creations, which were then sequenced alongside the audio tracks in the production process. Through the tight integration of the audio and video elements, they progress as one, fulfilling their role in the composition as a whole.
